the staff was awesome. eleste was fantastic. i got my room early even though i arrived at 8 am. she also gave me a fan since i felt the room was too warm. plus i got pasteis de nata everytime i passed reception. bliss!
I was disappointed with the room and corridors, as they were very narrow. the room itself was dark, with a small window offering little natural light. i had to keep the lights on all the time. the view was directly into a nearby building. That wasn't pleasant.

We secured a top floor room and it had a balcony. Watching people on the pedestrian street happened easily and seeing Commerce Square from afar also happened. A complimentary port and custard was offered on arrival and anytime we came in. Helpful staff greeted me with smiles.
The airport pick up arranged by the hotel was problematic with a faulty car. The car wouldn't start at each light and had trouble restarting. I felt overcharged because the charge was 50 Euros in cash, while a taxi usually cost 15 Euros.

The staff was super kind and very helpful . The hotel staff showed wonderful hospitality always with big smiles. I really like the friendly faces and their quick service.

Breakfast had many options for me with fresh fruit. There were also yoghurts, cereals, milks, and juices available every day. Ham, cheeses, bread, sweet pastries, and boiled eggs were constantly restocked for visitors.

The location was perfect for my needs and desires. I found the restaurants, attractions, and shops all within walking distance of the hotel. It made it very easy to explore.

My room was super clean and very stylish during the trip. The block out blinds was fantastic in helping me sleep better. I also liked the supportive and spacious king size bed in my room.
